Spiderman, purely for his wisecracking in the old cartoon show.

Batman, mainly because he's the most iconic in my opinion. I know he's not really a super hero in a way, but he's still way too awesome not to pick.

Doctor Manhattan. If you think about when he was thought up (1959 according to Wikipedia) and know some rudimentary physics, he really is cooler than all of those cape wearing vandals and vigilantes.

EDIT: Okay, maybe not quite "rudimentary" but in quantum physics there's this mathematical object called a wave function (the physical interpretation of which is a very controversial topic to this day), that loosely said "describes the state of being" of any physical object, and in the Feynman path-integral formulation of the theory an evolving wave function, before going from state A to B, "explores" the whole universe beforehand to find the optimal "path" to do so - so the wave function is effectively kind of like smeared across all of space at all times, and since space and time are to be treated equivalently (relativity theory), also across time.

Long story short, Doctor Manhattan has complete control over his own wave function and can be anywhere, anytime, everywhere, everytime, everyhow...

I have to say I'm torn between Spiderman and Batman. Batman just because he's a pure badass and has a real attitude problem. Spiderman because he was just an average guy and I think I can relate more to him on a personal level. Plus, when I was a kid I met him at the state fair and he gave me a spider ring that I still have to this day.

    Spawn.

Yeah, I know he's more of an anti-hero but I've been a huge Spawn fanboy since I was 14.
