Smoked turkey leg and guacamole.
Backed sweet potatoes
Boiled codfish with potatoes and cabbage
Filling myself with beer and peanuts so I'll probably just eat some soup and a sardine pate sandwich later
We went out to a restaurant and had greek food
pumpernickel and a yogurt
pizza and red wine
still to be bought though
Breakfast: omelette + Kalamata olives + avocado.
Salad: Lamb's lettuce, lettuce, rucola, avocado, low fat mozzarella, green pepper and fried champignons with chili
almost ordered a chicken something but still sticking to teh veg, for now.

I do, but i'm very selective with what i buy
For awhile now we've been buying this bio eggs from a farm nearby. 2,5 e the 10 packer .
I'm still looking for a farm though where i can actually see the chickens
I eat eggs almost daily at breakfast. Never more than 2. Either scrambled, omelette or sunny
Try adding mushrooms, they're supper source of protein
Avocados are awesome as well.
Don't forget the legumes
I try and buy "free range" eggs too but it could be a scam too, they sure taste a lot better, and look better than the standard ones here.
