These past few days I haven't really worked out, well it's been two days. I was wondering, how do you get motivated to get back to it? I just find it overly boring now and I get tired of it often. I usually push myself through it, and, to be honest I'm pretty sure I'm going to get back to it on Monday, but these past two days I just been really lazy.

    Have you ever been there?

Not really, to be honest. Only if I'm feeling physically incapable somehow (i.e. too tired or ill), but mentally, I always enjoy different work-outs I engage in (usually because they're either meditative or in the other case, fun).

Yeah. I've been doing the new P90 for a few months now, and I'm on the third month, and I just have no interest in it. But I will be getting back to it today at some point. It's a good workout too, which I should just push myself back into.

I used to do DDR back in the day, maybe I should give that a try again just to get a different workout going.
