Have you guys ever been to any of the Les Mills fitness classes? If yes, share your experience! Which ones do you like?

I want to try all of them eventually, but so far I've been to these:

Bodybalance - kinda like yoga or pilates, nothing really special, but it's very relaxing and the music is nice. And if you do it properly, it's not too easy.

SH'BAM - cool and simple dance moves, and the best instructor in the world (@lexo, maybe you remember Juri :P)

Bodypump - I expected it to be boring, but actually it was quite fun, you do a different exercise during each song. Although, it was my first time there so I took the lightest weights just in case, so it hardly took any effort to lift them. :o

Bodyattack - That was craazy, loud music and flashing lights. :D Definitely the most difficult one so far (though I guess bodypump can be more difficult if you use proper weights :o) and my favorite.

I really wanna go to Bodycombat too, but I don't think it fits in my schedule this week. :(

Honestly I don't think so. I live in a relatively small town but the bigger "city" some 30 miles away where I work doesn't, to my knowledge, offer them.

I see. They're really popular here. I think every sports club offers at least some of them.

    Sure, nice guy.

I've gone to one of those group training sessions (not sure if it was les mills), but didn't like it at all. Among other things, it felt like a cult. :P

 Like I said to Joao in the other thread, group trainings aren't for everyone and mostly they're for girls. :o

Some older men doing sh'bam or zumba do look a bit creepy, but I'm too naive to believe they're there for anything else than the workout. :o
