I was wondering, what do you guys do for your own health? Do you have some healthy habits? I remember me before starting to work at my currents place and i want, honest to god, i want to cry. Here are a few things that i used to do : 1. I was cooking healthy food, i was even cooking my own whole grain bread; 2. I was walking my dog for probably 2 to 3 hours per day, everyday; 3. I had a bicycle and i actually used it, i was biking to my language course and home or going for rides in the weekend; 4. I was working out and i mean serious work outs; 5. I was jogging; 6. I was reading/ hearing books on self improvement; 7. I was watching so many documentaries about a lot of interesting stuff. comparing to now. Now there's nothing left, maybe just the fact that i'm still careful with the sugar and i'm still vegetarian. Current bad habits: 1. I'm very much neglecting my thyroid issue and i often skip my pills which i should be taking daily 2. I sleep more than i should 3. I don't walk enough in the fresh air 4. I skip meals, most of the time i eat nothing at work for the whole 7 hours 5. I drink way too much coffee 6. Don't eat enough fruits Dang!!! Just look at he difference. Anyway, how about yourself and your healthy/ unhealthy habits?
