I don't have any full discography of my favorite bands, just random cd's.

Well, there's always singles and EPs and live albums, so no. But I think I have a band or two I might have all the studio albums. Like Cynic, they only have 3 anyway :D

I love buying albums, but having the bug of collectionism just seems like materialism to me. I just buy the records I like.

up until the mid 90's or so I had all of metallica, iron maiden, megadeth, judas priest, most of pink floyd, .. etc.. in cassettes :tard:

currently I have complete discographies of all of those bands + a shit ton more but pirated mp3 versions :troll:

wish I still had those old cassettes

I used to listen to rap and I had all of 2Pac's albums but I don't really know where are they now :) I stick to rock now but I don't have few albums from a same band in my collection.

Sadly no. I've stopped buying physical albums for a while now. I feel digital is the way to go and I still don't have a full on discography for a single artist. I have most of Pink Floyd's albums aside from their much newer stuff.

Yes, I'm a notorious completist but one thing I abhor is the rereleases with extra tracks or deluxe editions. Give the die hards something like ep's or a boxed set, etc of said extra tracks, unreleased, etc.
