Yesterday: 7km walk
I'm about to go do a total arm workout that should last an hour or so but first I have to take the doggies out.
3.5 km walk after work

Yesterday: 7km walk
Got legs, glutes and forearms today.
Chest and shoulders tonight...
Yesterday was arms and tonight is chest & shoulders.
I'm getting back into my walks tomorrow.
It's back to work.
I gotta recalculate though, i think it's more 5-6 km, since i change route.
(the center of the city it became kinda dangerous ... man )
I got an arms workout to get to in a little bit. 3 different angular types of biceps curls and 1 set of curls with heavy weight and then 3 types of triceps workouts followed by cardio.
My husband used to work out also, almost daily with heavy weight.
That's until he got his Tinnitus. Our life style definitely changed since then. I'm glad though that it's a new year and things seem a little more acceptable now.
Be careful with the weight!
I will. I used to suffer from tinnitus too but a few years ago it just stopped! I'm not sure how or why but I hope the same happens for Mr. Iris.
For how long did you had your tinnitus and what triggered it? And was it a beeeeep or crickets or static tv sound? My husband went trough them all. It started with muffled ears, then it turned into a loud and constant beep, then he had crickets (which was the worse, a nightmare) and now for maybe a month or so, it diminished in intensity and remained a steady static tv sound that it's not very distracting anymore.
Also, your eyes are sensitive when working out with heavy weights. Don't skip your warm up and start easy with the weight
I had tinnitus since I was very young. Sometimes it would intensify and other times it was barely audible. It had always been a high pitched ringing until one day it was gone but before it went away it was at its most intense and constant. I never knew what triggered it but being a musician didn't help. Last year it came back again as a sound of bugs in my ear for about 3 days and I got checked for any bugs inside my ear and I was told it was tinnitus. I think what really helped when it went away was I bought some ear wax remover solution with a suction/dropper kind of thing. I would put the drops in for an hour and then go flush my ears out with warm water with the dropper and then use it as a suction to get the water and wax out. Now all I have is a popping noise in my ears when I swallow.
Make sure to wear ear plugs from now on whenever you know you'll be exposed to loud noises.
We both, me and hus are terrified atm.
He had his ears both cleaned at the dr`s office and we think it was because of wax contact that he got his T.
Hopefully it will go away like it happened to you. I'm glad it ended for you and i can finally hear/ read a happy Tinnitus ending story. The internet caused us a huuge amount of anxiety.
