    basically just the warm up and stretching, but man! i don't believe how i sweat and it feels like a whole work out session for me. Can't believe in what a bad shape i am.

    Was awesome, i had a muscular fever from jogging and now it feels like it's already gone after all the stretching :color:

    it was from youtube yes, a combination of meditation and easy workout.

    55min. Yoga - Ease and Intention
    (I don't know yet what i'm doing, but i guess it's normal in the beginning. It feels awesome though - mentally and physically)
    and i love it how it makes you aware of every inch of your body, how you start to rediscover your inner and outer self
    but this ... awareness(don't know how else to name it) it's just amazing

    but I know almost nothing of it, the murrican ones take bits and pieces of it and sell it, all good though, as long as it helps people.

    he's good though, I use his toothpaste, the shampoo and conditioner isn't there yet.
